- A topic you would like explained. Stress, movement, body awareness and consent are our ground, and reader questions decide what we cover next.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give advice about your own body, interpret a symptom or suggest what to do about it. That is a conversation for a qualified clinician. We also cannot help with orders, deliveries or refunds: if you bought something, contact the seller directly. And we cannot speak on behalf of any company or organization we mention.
