Your Protocol pinealON Complaints: Refund & Shipping Guide

posted on October 29, 2026

Problems with an order like this usually fall into three areas: billing, shipping and refunds. The seller’s own policy pages cover all three. In short, unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and subscription renewals must be cancelled before the billing date. Here is what each term says and how to sort out a problem if one comes up.

Disclosure: This page has a single affiliate link. If you buy through it, this site may earn a commission. This costs you nothing extra.

What is Your Protocol pinealON, and is it the same as Pinealon?

Yes, it is the same name. The seller writes it pinealON, and the label above the product name reads “PROTOCOL RESTORE®,” so you may also see it called Restore Protocol pinealON. Each capsule is a dietary supplement that the label describes as an amino acid sequence.

Label item What the label prints
Serving size 1 capsule
Amino acid sequence L-Glutamic Acid – L-Aspartic Acid – L-Arginine, 1 mg
Daily Value Daily Value (DV) not established
Other ingredients Rice flour
Capsule HPMC (cellulose-based enteric coating)
Suggested use Take 1-2 capsules at nighttime on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare provider
Claims printed on the label Supports Restorative Sleep; Promotes General Well-Being; Supports Physical Performance; Supports Cognitive Function

The label also says “USA Made,” “Lab Tested” and “cGMP Certified.” Those are the seller’s statements, and the sections below show how to check them.

Is Your Protocol pinealON legit?

The seller is Your Protocol LLC. Its contact page lists a support email, a phone line and a physical mailing address. That page also says not to send returns to the mailing address, so email first.

Supplements are sold under a different system from prescription drugs. The FDA’s dietary supplements page explains that the agency does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The seller’s disclaimer says its statements “have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.”

Two things you can check yourself. Every supplement label sold in the US must carry a domestic address or phone number for reporting serious adverse events, as described in the FDA guidance on the label’s reporting line. Look for that line on the bottle you receive. You can also ask support in writing for the lab report behind “Lab Tested.”

What do the reviews say, and what does the product claim to do?

The seller says pinealON supports restorative sleep, general well-being, physical performance and cognitive function. The product page shows a 4.9/5 rating from 334 reviews, and it quotes customers who describe clearer focus and deeper sleep. The page’s own disclaimer says those testimonials “reflect the personal experiences of individual customers and may not represent typical results.”

How do I fix poor memory, brain fog and lack of focus?

Outside guidance starts with habits you can try now. Harvard Health’s Harvard Health memory guide notes that “most ‘memory loss’ in seniors is actually just a slowing of performance,” and that many normal changes are linked to a slight decline in attention and executive function. Its Harvard Health focus and memory tips article says research shows memory loss can begin as early as age 45, and that you can take steps to improve focus and attention.

Stanford working memory strategies recommend creating associations. Connecting new information to what you already know, or using mnemonics and acronyms, makes it easier to recall.

Cleveland Clinic memory tips advises working with a healthcare provider on conditions that raise your risk for cognitive decline, such as depression, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity and sleep disorders. Its summary is “sleep well, eat well, exercise and manage stress.”

For a question about which vitamin or supplement suits your memory or focus, or which two supplements should never be combined, bring the exact products to a clinician or pharmacist. The label itself says to consult your doctor if you take medication or have a medical condition.

How does billing work, and what does it cost?

To check today’s price and pick a bundle, open the Product Page. Prices as of October 28, 2026; check the checkout for today’s.

Offer What the Product Page says
Core protocol circadiON + pinealON
Complete protocol circadiON + pinealON + vilON
Subscription first-shipment offer $297, shown next to “$596 first shipment value” and “SAVE $299 · 50% OFF TODAY.” The offer lists 1x each of circadiON, pinealON, vilON and vesuGEN.
Subscribe & Save Delivered every 4 weeks; free full-size vesuGEN (listed at $149 value); free 3–5 day shipping

The $297 figure belongs to that first-shipment offer as listed. Confirm the price of the single pinealON bottle and of each bundle at checkout before you order, so you know exactly what your first charge will be.

The product page says you can “swap products, pause, skip or cancel anytime.” The shipping policy is stricter about timing: renewals charge on your billing date, and cancellations and skips must be made before the next billing date. Once a renewal charges and enters processing, the seller says it cannot stop it. Read “anytime” as “before your next billing date.”

Two things reduce the risk of a surprise charge. The refund policy says you will get an email before each subscription renewal, and it suggests setting a reminder a few days before your billing date or pausing the subscription in your account. The “Manage Subscription” link in the site footer is where to do that.

What if I want to cancel a renewal or get a refund?

The refund policy sets these terms:

Situation What the refund policy says
Unopened, within 30 days of delivery Full refund to the original payment method
Opened Case-by-case; email the seller
Wrong item, damaged in transit, defective, or seller shipping error Seller pays return shipping and provides a prepaid label
Change of mind, unopened You pay return shipping
Shipped subscription renewal Not refundable as a “missed cancellation,” but future renewals are cancelled and returns on unopened renewal shipments are honored under the 30-day policy
Final-sale items Not eligible for return or refund

To start a return, email support@yourprotocol.co with your order number, the item and the reason. The refund policy says you will get return instructions within one business day. Do not ship anything back before you have contacted them, because returns received without authorization may not be processed. After the seller receives the return and confirms its condition, refunds take 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take another 3–10 business days to post it.

The contact page says the seller aims to respond within 1–2 business days, while the refund and shipping policies say one business day. Plan for the longer time.

What if my package is lost, damaged or delayed?

If the package arrives damaged, take a photo before opening if you can, then email your order number. The shipping policy says a replacement is sent at no cost. For a lost or damaged package, the refund policy says the seller files the carrier claim and reships at no cost. You do not need to start a return; just email.

The seller ships to all 50 states. Hawaii, Alaska and US territories may take longer and may not be eligible for expedited service. APO, FPO and DPO addresses ship via USPS with extra transit time. PO Boxes are shipped by USPS only, and orders that need a private carrier may be delayed or rerouted. The seller does not ship outside the US directly; EU and UK customers can order through MandiMart (Your Protocol collection).

Store the capsules at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from humidity. Refrigeration is not required.

Who should not take it, and what about side effects?

The label says the product is for adults only. It should not be taken by people who are pregnant or nursing. If you take medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Keep it out of reach of children.

For any reaction you notice after you start, talk to your clinician. If you want to report a serious reaction, use the domestic reporting line on the label.

Could I just do this myself?

The memory habits above cost nothing and fit into your day. pinealON is the packaged version: one bottle of 60 capsules, taken at night as the label directs, with a subscription option if you want it on a schedule. Whether that is worth the cost is your decision. The billing, shipping and refund terms above are what you need to make it.

Before you order

  • Check today’s price and which products each bundle includes at the Product Page, and confirm the final amount in checkout.
  • Note your delivery date, since the 30-day return window starts there.
  • If you choose a subscription, set a reminder a few days before your billing date.
  • Ask support in writing for the lab report behind “Lab Tested” if that matters to you.
